Many people think that pearl accessories are difficult to handle, but if you know a few things, there's nothing difficult about them.
First of all, just like with glasses, the basic rule is , ``Wipe it if it gets sweaty. Wipe it after use, then put it away.''
Pearls dislike strong acidity/alkalinity, so ``Avoid exposing them to wine, orange juice, detergent, bleach, etc.'' This is the same as your favorite T-shirt.
Creams, cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray, etc. should be the last thing you put on after hair and makeup .
Just by being careful about these things, you can prevent pearls from deteriorating and discoloring.
About product warranty
If a problem occurs during normal use of our product, we will repair or replace it free of charge in accordance with the warranty period and warranty regulations below.
- The warranty period for purchased products is one year from the date of purchase.
- If a defect occurs during normal use by the customer during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- This warranty refers to the product itself, and does not include any damages (business losses, freight, miscellaneous expenses, etc.) caused by product failure or malfunction.
- This warranty is valid only within Japan.
- In the following cases, the product will be repaired for a fee even if it is within the warranty period.
- If the warranty does not include the name and seal of the retailer and the date of purchase.
- Failure or damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification or repair.
- Failure or damage caused by dropping, impact, etc. during use.
- Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, lightning, other natural disasters, chemical application, or equivalent external factors.

Aftercare for formal pearl necklaces
About aftercare
We provide aftercare services such as clasp replacement and thread replacement for formal pearl necklaces.
The necklace products we sell are made of supple, high-strength ultra-fine fibers, and are finished with tiny silicone chips for cushioning between the pearls.
Unlike those finished with silk thread, it is very durable, so the thread itself is unlikely to come loose, but if the silicone for the cushion wears out and becomes smaller after being used for many years, it will cause the thread to loosen between the pearls. There may be gaps between.
